The RCS VG Claw is designed to mount below the trigger guard and is used to leverage the grip of the pistol close to the body, while still allowing for a clean, repeatable draw.  The mounting holes on the Claw are 1.5cm center to center.  These will mate perfectly with the tuckable struts available through Legacy Firearms Co.

    Better than others

    I prefer the RCS wing over the Modwing. It is easier to mount and dismount the holster because the wing is beveled and smooth at the lowest point of contact. I would, however, like the grip pattern to be more aggressive without covering more surface area.

    I have several brands of holster with claws- Legacyfirearms is the most comfortable and works as well or better than all the others. So far, not a single failure. What more can be said?

    I originally ordered the mod wing. Then I discovered that without a sweat protector, the RCS claw is the way to go. Makes IWB CC alot more comfortable. This little piece makes a world of difference.
